Reason to celebratešŸŒ»šŸ„•šŸ«‘šŸŒ¶ļø

We love to start the month off right with a great Spotify list of music that gets us going for the month- Iā€™ll share it (once I figure out how to do thatšŸ¤£) and today is even more special because itā€™s the time between summer solstice and the autumn equinox and the beginning of harvest season- often called Lughnasadh or Lammas. Everything is in abundance right now and that is reason to celebrate!

With the music right (wake up, wake up, itā€™s the first of the month šŸŽ¶)- we got the sweet bread going, pancakes flying and blueberry tea flowingšŸ„³ later we had a play date for Maddie, my daughter, and she thoroughly enjoyed the abundance of cookies, cantaloupe and quesadillas šŸ„³ once friends left we spent Benā€™s lunch break harvesting beautiful veggies from our little garden. It was extra special because out of nowhere my dads old brown winter hat showed up by the basket we used to collect veggies in. Even though heā€™s not here- heā€™s always here and when I remember that, itā€™s the best feeling ever!

Everyone is now thoroughly tuckered out, napping and rain just started to pour down which is a wonderful sound to listen to while restingšŸŒ§ļø Tonight weā€™ll eat sweet bread with a mash up of todays garden score and set aside some herbs to dry for making into special abundance paperšŸŽØšŸ„•šŸ„—šŸ„¬

What do you like to celebrate and how do you celebrate it?! Iā€™d love to hear all about it āœØ
